Overview
Wedges. The short game. Customized to your preferences. That is what we did with the Custom Grind Series: a very classic shape with some special touches, designed to help you hit it stiff all the time. That is why we gave it the nickname Sizzle. Available right- or left-handed.
Technology
Grooves
Every Custom Grind wedge has Sizzle milled grooves, with its loft and bounce marked on the back of the head.
Grinds
Your fitter chooses the grind: none, Tour, Heel or V. A Tour grind softens the sharp leading edge for a steep swing, so the club does not dig. A Heel grind lets the leading edge sit close to the ground with the face open, mostly on the 56° and 60°. A V grind leaves the front center of the sole for impact, for less bounce and less sole contact.
Both hands
The Custom Grind Series is made right- and left-handed, and built to the same fitting either way.
Fit and build
Loft, lie, length, shaft and grind are set in your fitting, from the sand and grass you play to the way the wedge meets the ground. Then we build it by hand to those numbers.
