Henry-Griffitts was founded in 1983 by golf professionals Randy Henry and Jim Griffitts. The inception of the company was driven by Randy Henry's personal journey; after a severe car accident that ended his competitive playing career, he turned to teaching and custom fitting to match equipment specifications with individual swings. Recognizing that off-the-rack purchases didn't offer the necessary customization, Randy began adjusting club components to enhance performance. This passion led to the creation of Henry-Griffitts, a pioneer in dynamic club fitting.

Randall Henry — CEO

Randall Henry is CEO and co-owner of Henry-Griffitts, carrying forward the custom club-fitting company his father, Randy Henry, co-founded in 1983. He chairs the U.S. Golf Manufacturers Council, founded RA Golf, and leads the company from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Austin Fazio — Co-Owner

Austin Fazio is co-owner of Henry-Griffitts. A golf industry veteran who joined in 2018, he focuses on fitting, manufacturing, and expanding the certified-fitter network alongside Randall Henry.
